Shipping & Returns


Domestic and International Shipping: We ship orders placed on Shopify to the US and Canada. Fabric orders that need to be shipped internationally will require the customers preferred shipping account information. 

Shipment Lead Times: Items that are in stock ship within 7 days of purchase via Fedex Ground. All orders receive a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your item has been shipped. For expedited orders, please email hello@sienandco.com.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email with the tracking info. 

Claims: Sien + Co considers all sales to be final. Upon receiving their order, customers should promptly open and inspect all packages. If any issues are found with the products, a claim must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Claims regarding packages lost in transit or after delivery must be made within 14 days of the shipment date. Sien + Co cannot be held responsible for losses reported outside of these time frames, and liability is limited to the purchase amount. Products such as fabric that has been cut, altered, or damaged by the client will not be accepted for return as they are no longer in original condition. Sien + Co is not responsible for claims arising from typographical errors and reserves the right to refuse returns due to a client’s change of mind or shift in project direction. Claims will only be processed once the item has been safely returned to the warehouse and inspected; replacements will not be issued until this process is complete.

Return Policy: Products that are defective or damaged may be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods and will be refunded. If we receive the product back 15-30 days of the day the order was originally delivered, you will be eligible for store credit. If the return arrives after 30 days of the day the order was originally delivered, it will be refused. Returns will require the buyer to pay for return shipping. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits take approximately seven to fourteen business days to process upon receipt of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If a return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for shipping charges as well as a 10% restocking fee. No returns on sale items or custom orders.

Products: Sien + Co products are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading due to sun exposure, discoloration due to washing or contact with liquids, dye-lot variations or side-matching. Many of our products are handmade; slight variation is to be accepted and is an inherent and unique part of the manufacturing process.

CFA’s: CFAs are shipped using USPS and can be expedited using a client-supplied FedEx or UPS account number. CFAs are not available for clients outside of the U.S. unless a shipping account is provided.

Samples: Samples are shipped using USPS and can be expedited using a client-supplied FedEx or UPS account number. Samples are not available for clients outside of the U.S. unless a shipping account is provided.

Minimum Orders: For all orders under 5 yards, a $35 handling/cut fee is applicable. The minimum fabric order is set at 2 yards, and orders must be placed in one-yard increments. We cannot accommodate half or quarter yard cuts. 

Shipments: Shipments are sent without requiring a signature. If you want your package to be delivered with a required signature, please specify this on your purchase order, and note that an additional $10 fee from the shipper will apply.

 If a shipment is returned, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees as well as the cost to reship the order. 

 If a shipment receives the incorrect address on the purchase orders, Sien + Co bears no responsibility in recovering the misplaced or lost shipment. 

Once stock has been cut, packed, or shipped, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or returned under any circumstance. If a change is necessary and can be accommodated, a restocking fee of 30% will be applied. 

International Shipping:  The client is responsible for coordinating shipping for orders outside of the U.S. Sien + Co bears no responsibility for any fees associated with the international shipment. 

Lead Times: Stocked fabrics are typically shipped within one week of payment. Requests for rush orders or same-day shipping will incur an additional upcharge. For out-of-stock fabrics, delivery dates are approximate. Sien + Co cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond its control.
